  • We're so excited you want to sell at Piccadilly Flea Market!

    To secure a reservation for your desired date you must call 541-683-5589. Payment is required at the time of reservation using Square. 

    You can also make a reservation for future market dates in person at any of our markets.

    Once completed, you're officially part of the Piccadilly Flea Market!

  • There are two options for setting up to sell at our market.

    Option 1: $32.00 includes one 8’ x 2 1/2’ table, black table cloth, and a metal folding chair.

    Option 2: $20.00 includes only the 8’ x 2 1/2’ FLOOR SPACE and a metal folding chair.

    We offer a discount for reserving and paying for 3 or more events at a time. Please call or email us for details.

  • You may sell almost anything! From handcrafted goods to vintage pieces.

    We ask however, no pornography, paraphernalia, switch blades, or throwing stars. No subversive literature. No liquified petroleum gas inside the building. No firearms, any kind of ammunition, or blow darts. No items allowed that are illegal or would be in violation of federal, state, or local laws.

    Please check with us first if you plan to sell food.

  • We love to see vendors make their booths unique! You may build up height on your table so long as it does not present a hazard to neighboring sellers and shoppers.

    You may also use the space under your table for selling or storage.  It is your responsibility to make sure that the area around your table, specifically the shared vendor space behind your table as well as in front of your table, where shoppers are walking, be kept clear. This is required by the Lane County Fire Marshall. Removable adhesives, such as 3M, are allowed for decorating; however using nails, screws, or pins of any kind is prohibited.

  • Two people are allowed per reservation up to 2 tables/spaces. 

    Additional helpers may be allowed for 3 or more tables/space reservations. Inquire during reservation.

    To keep it fair for early bird shoppers, we ask that there be no shopping between 7:30 am and 8 am. After 8 am they are free to shop at the market!

  • Loading doors for VENDORS ONLY open at 7:30am. ABSOLUTELY NO ENTRY TO ANYONE NOT LISTED AS A VENDOR during this time. We ask that vendors refrain from shopping during this time out of respect for all of the early shoppers who show up to support this fabulous flea market!

    You have 30 minutes to load in and set up to be ready for the early shoppers at 8:00. 

    Based on your booth number you will directed to load in a certain entrance. We want to make this as smooth as possible for all of our sellers so please unload as quickly as possible and move your car so the next seller can start unloading. The fire lane needs to be clear of all vehicles.

    Early bird shoppers arrive at 8am so keep that in mind when setting up!

  • It is your responsibility to call us in advance if you are unable to attend. You must call us during business hours to cancel, do not email to cancel. Cancellations submitted by noon Wednesday prior to your market date will be credited for a future market upon request. If you fail to attend or cancel reservations prior to our cut-off date, you will be charged the full amount for your table.

  • There is an ATM located on-site in the Center Room.

    There is a great food truck out front with delicious coffee, espresso,  breakfast, and lunch items. 

    Smoking inside the buildings is strictly prohibited.
